Fault analysis and troubleshooting:

1. Press the start button, the device does not start
Check whether the right-turn release emergency stop switch is turned on, whether the key switch is turned on, whether the pan-tilt base touches the limit, and whether the pan-tilt and laser are in standby mode.

2. The laser does not emit light, and the display shows "temperature abnormality"
This is because the laser temperature exceeds the allowable range and the laser automatically shuts down. Shut down for a few minutes and then restart. If the alarm still sounds, please check whether the cooling fan of the main chassis is blocked or not started.

3. The laser does not emit light, but the power display is normal
Observe the indicator lights on both sides of the power display. When the red light of the laser on the right is on and the power indicator on the left is not on, it means that the laser temperature is too high and is in a protection state. Shut down for a few minutes and then turn it on again. The machine works. Wait until the heat of the laser is small before turning on the laser.

4. Press the keyboard button and the pan-tilt does not respond
Check whether the device is turned on, the antenna is plugged in, the power switch of the remote control is turned on, and the battery of the remote control is charged.

5. The remote control display screen does not display
Check whether the remote control switch is turned on, whether the data cable is plugged in or loose, and whether the remote control battery is dead.

6. How to clean the equipment
To ensure the normal use of the system, the equipment must be cleaned and maintained daily. This machine is a precision equipment and requires extra care during maintenance. After each work, use powder-free rubber gloves, lint-free cleaning cloth and cotton swabs, anhydrous ethanol, i.e. alcohol (optical grade, purity greater than 99.5%), compressed air (oil-free, water-free) and other tools to wipe the fiber aiming laser head housing, pan/tilt, display, etc. clean before putting them back into the main box.
