The British Army held a meeting at the Farnborough International Airport Convention Center on November 2. At the opening ceremony, a single-soldier jetpack was displayed at a speed of 128 kilometers per hour and a flying altitude of 3,600 meters. The spokesperson said that the purpose of the demonstration is to understand the application potential of jet packs in Army soldiers.

According to reports, the British Army Conference kicked off with a live demonstration of the jetpack. This five-engine single-soldier aircraft was invented by Richard Browning, the founder of Gravity Industries, known as the "Iron Man in Reality".

Browning once served in the British Royal Marines. The flight backpack he invented is worth 300,000 pounds each.

Wearing a flight backpack, Browning took off and landed on the hood of a jeep near the observatory and on the top of the cab of a truck, and then flew to the observatory full of army officers.

The people present took pictures of the "Iron Man" flying with their mobile phones.

It is reported that this is not the first time that Browning has personally tested the flight for the observation of the British army.

Earlier this year, Royal Marines from Commando 42 and 47 worked with Gravity Industries on the offshore patrol ship HMS Tamar to explore the potential of flying backpacks as part of boarding operations at sea.

The personnel of Gravity Industries conducted a test flight during the exercise over the Plymouth Strait. Navy officials said this is to help them "understand whether the company's jetpack can be used in future military operations."

Since last year, the Royal Navy has been testing the concept of the "jet protective suit commando".

As early as 2019, Browning conducted a demonstration flight around the "Queen Elizabeth", leaving the ship and drawing an arc in the air. During the flight, passengers on a nearby private yacht were stunned.
